This Support Policy describes what support you can expect from us in regards to support for the Our Cat Herder service.
Our Cat Herder Support is provided as part of your subscription to Our Cat Herder and does not incur any additional charges at this time. During a trial period you may still access support as if you are a paying Our Cat Herder customer for the duration of the trial.
If you have questions about this Support Policy please contact us before using the Service. We may amend this Support Policy from time to time, so check this page to ensure that you are aware of any changes.
What Our Support Service Covers
We only support the Our Cat Herder Service delivered under the domain ourcatherder.com
Our Support Service includes assistance with Service configuration and use.
If you need help setting up, configuring or using Our Cat Herder, please check the documentation (available at https://ourcatherder.helpdocs.io/) first. Your question might have been answered already. If it hasn’t, please use one of the below options to contact us:
- Send a message via the helpdocs portal
- Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org (7 days a week 8am – 10pm AEST)
- Call us +61 3 5429 3786 during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm AEST).
We endeavour to provide support as expediently as possible but we are unable to provide guarantees regarding support response times.
Please note on weekends or during periods of high demand for support there may be delays in our response to your support request(s).
